62nd Annual Scientific Meeting

November 18-22, 2009 • Atlanta, Georgia

This year we welcome our meeting-goers to Atlanta, Georgia. The theme for GSA's 62nd Annual Meeting is "Creative Approaches to Healthy Aging". This topic reaches across all of GSA's professional sections and embraces the interdisciplinary nature of its membership - challenging each of us to look at the goals of our work somewhat differently.

GSA's Annual Scientific Meeting brings together more than 3,500 of the brightest minds in the field of aging. This meeting is the premier gathering of gerontologists from both the United States and around the world. They participate in over 400 scientific sessions including symposia, paper, and poster presentations.
