This meeting is the premier gathering of gerontologists from both the United States and around the world. Some Facts About the Meeting
- The Exhibit Hall features over 100 exhibitors from a variety of organizations including publishers, academic institutions, government agencies, and pharmaceutical companies.
- GSA offers the opportunity for presenters to receive a number of prestigious academic awards including the Donald P. Kent Award, the Robert W. Kleemier Award, and the Maxwell A. Pollack Award.
- Over 40 special Interest Groups meet during the annual meeting to network and discuss issues around a particular issue in aging.
- The GSA Emerging Scholar and Professional Organization (ESPO) plans numerous activities and programs for students and junior researchers.
- GSA offers Continuing Education Credits.
