An engaging, highly practical and comprehensive review of all aspects of geriatric and palliative medicine, this four-day course is uniquely organized around intimate work sessions, enabling participants to take advantage of close one-on-one mentoring, and networking opportunities. Case-based workshops cover topics ranging from geriatric assessment and pain management to hip fracture and urinary incontinence.

The Mount Sinai School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of 32.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

This course is sponsored by Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Adult Development and The Lilian and Benjamin Hertzberg Palliative Care Institute, and endorsed by the American Geriatrics Society, the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), the Bronx VA GRECC and the Consortium of New York Geriatric Centers (CNYGC).
