The purpose of the Biogerontology conference series, a life beyond time, is to understand the effective therapies to postpone and treat human aging. The conference will focus on Age-related diseases, Immunosenescence, Longevity, Model system, Aging&Wellness and Regenerative Medicine. Understanding the determinants of ageing in humans in relation to the living environment and the individual life history is the additional goal of this conference. How variation in the genetic traits, in the inflammatory history and in the personal diet affect individual health and the ageing of the population are the questions to address.

Especially, research linking to Age-related diseases, Immunosenescence, Longevity, Model system and Regenerative Medicine are of interest. These include immunology, pathophysiology clinical research and preventive medicine influencing the ageing process. New strategies that incorporate the full life history, from development to death, will be discussed that allow investigations of traits in humans models.

The meeting will comprise invited talks, short oral presentations of submitted abstracts, and poster sessions. There will be no concurrent sessions. Poster sessions will take place each evening in the poster-room close to the congress room with the customary free alcohol.
