5th annual Senior Cohousing Facilitation Workshop: Making It Happen

A workshop for anyone excited about taking a leadership role in creating a senior cohousing community.

The seminar will include five days with the field’s leading experts, hosted at Silver Sage Village, one of the first seniors cohousing communities in North America.

INSTRUCTORS:
Chuck Durrett, Jim Leach and Annie Russell will bring you years of experience, invaluable tools and coaching. The workshop combines group discussion on the issues of aging and how to create a supportive community, along with the details and logistics of cohousing development – making it appropriate for a variety of individuals and interests.

PARTICIPANTS:
Workshop participants could include cohousers, professionals in cohousing or senior living, policy leaders, builders, developers, community organizers or medical professionals.

Senior cohousing can offer a functional, supportive living environment as a viable solution to institutional living or the isolation that many people face in their later years.
