Sponsored by the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC).

This audio conference will focus on tools and methods that improve the efficiency and usefulness of palliative care program data collection. Learn from R. Sean Morrison, MD, President, American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Lynn Hill Spragens, MBA, President, Spragens & Associates, LLC on how planning for data collection will improve data quality and make it easier to analyze your program's performance trends and successes, report effectively to administration, and participate in the National Palliative Care Registryâ„¢.

Grant-funding for New York State: New York State hospitals, and hospices with an established hospital palliative care program partnership, are eligible to enroll at no cost. This funding is made possible by a grant awarded to CAPC from the New York State Health Foundation.  Funding from this grant is available for these audio conferences.   For more information visit www.capc.org/grantees
