In this audio conference, Timothy Ford, MA, MS, CT, Staff Chaplain, Thomas Palliative Care Unit, VCU Massey Cancer Center and Rev. George F. Handzo, Div., BCC, Vice President, Pastoral Care Leadership & Practice, HealthCare Chaplaincy will explore strategies for achieving a high level of integration by exploring assessment and intervention models, spiritual screening, developing an interdisciplinary spiritual care plan and the spiritual health of the team.

Grant-funding for New York State: New York State hospitals, and hospices with an established hospital palliative care program partnership, are eligible to enroll at no cost.
