Rush University Medical Center is launching a series of workshops to educate clinicians about the newest research on nutirtion.  The series will include lectures by nationally and internationally recognized leaders in nutirtion science, research methodology and nutrition as it relates to different systems in the body and a broad range of medical conditions. 

Each workshop includes 10 one-hour lectures.  Workshops will be held on January 17 and 18, March 3 and 4, and June 1 and 2, 2011.
