This audio conference will explore the unique challenges and vulnerabilities faced by pediatric palliative care teams. In addition, growth strategies that have been successfully adapted by two mature programs will be reviewed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify three common stress points in team development for pediatric palliative care teams.
  • Learn to apply concepts from systems theory and group dynamics to create strategies for team sustainability.
  • Review strategies for managing conflict in the team context.
