The audio conference will take an in-depth look at a case study of the palliative care team at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Speakers, Carol Babcock, MFT and Patricia Murphy, PhD, APN, FAAN, FPCN, will look at a unique counselor model which strongly focuses on the family systems approach, including outcomes demonstrating success and sustainability.
