The course will take place at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in Scotland from Monday 11 to Friday 15 May 2009.  It offers non-UK based consultants, specialists and senior trainees in elderly medicine a valuable opportunity to discuss clinical issues in elderly care.  
Places are limited to 60 so early application is advised.
Each day will focus on a single clinical topic
·     Brain Failure: Delirium and Dementia
·     The Ageing Heart
·     Sans everything?: Frailty and Loss in Older People
·     Cancer and the Older Person
·     The Blood and the Kidney
The registration fees, if registering before 30 March 2009, are:
weekly rate, £700 sterling and daily rate, £180 sterling. If registering after 30 March 2009 there is an additional charge of £50 sterling.
