International Visitors to the 66th Annual Scientific Meeting
To increase security for citizens and visitors, the U.S. has updated its policies for visas. Specific information on passport and visa documents required to visit New Orleans from other countries can be found on travel.state.gov. If you require a visa to visit New Orleans, it is recommended that you apply as soon as travel to the 66th Annual Scientific Meeting is contemplated.

After you complete your visa application, it is time to prepare to travel to the GSA Annual Scientific Meeting. Hotel information, registration details, and more are posted on the Annual Scientific Meeting Web site.
It is strongly recommended to complete your hotel reservations and register for the meeting through the GSA online system before the deadlines in order to save money and be assured the proper accommodations.
During the Meeting
During the Annual Scientific Meeting, you are also cordially invited to the GSA Fellows & International Reception. This reception is held annually to honor international members of the Society as well as current and new GSA Fellows. This is an invite only event; details to come.
