Kent The nominee must be a Fellow in the Society; nomination form must be accompanied by a nominating letter, a current curriculum vitae and five letters of endorsement.
Kleemeier  The nominee must be a Fellow in the Society; nomination form must be accompanied by a nominating letter, a current curriculum vitae and five letters of endorsement. 
LawtonThe nominee must be nominated by a GSA member.
PollackNominations must include a curriculum vitae, two letters of endorsement and a short narrative that justifies the award.
BaltesNominations must include a CV and a nominating letter; international award not restricted to GSA members.
