Prices and Terms for Rental of GSA's Mailing List

The Gerontological Society of America can provide you with either 4-up Cheshire or 4-up pressure-sensitive labels in 4Iph~ or zip code format. The list may be fine-sorted by 4 Society sections, 15 disciplines and professions, 9 institution types, or 6 functions (see reverse side). Combination sorts or random sorts are also possible.

Labels are mailed via UPS within 10 days after receipt of the written order. Please include street address -- UPS cannot deliver to post office box.

Terms

All orders must be placed in writing, specifying the type of labels (Cheshire or pressure-sensitive) and the type of sort (zip code or alpha, plus any fine-sort specification). We must receive, for approval, an advance sample of your mailing. Please include payment with your order. No cancellations will be accepted after GSA has filled an order, except in the event of a GSA error. Labels are rented for a ONE TIME MAILING only. Any reproduction in any format is prohibited.
