Membership Policy: GSA membership is for an individual and is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Membership dues are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. No percentage of dues is used for lobbying purposes.
