Family Resources

All Gender Restrooms

All gender restrooms will be available in each venue. The Marriott location will be on the third floor outside of Arlington, Wednesday through Sunday. The Sheraton location will be on the third floor across from Kent, Wednesday through Sunday. The Hynes Center location will be on the Plaza Level near the entrance to the Prudential Center, Wednesday through Sunday. The venues will label the restrooms with the following sign: All Gender Restroom.

Children

Supervised children are welcome in all areas of the conference except anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted in the exhibit hall during set-up or tear-down.  

For those with children, there are in-hotel sitting childcare services offered by Boston's Best BabySitters.* Requests should be made beginning September 1.

Nursing Room

For nursing mothers, rooms will be reserved at each venue for your privacy throughout the conference.

Marriott: Hyannis, 4th floor
Sheraton: Conference Room, 3rd floor
Hynes: Room 105, Plaza Level

These rooms will be available during the designated the times below on a first come first serve basis and there will be a sign you may hang outside the room when in use.

Wednesday, November 14, to Saturday, November 17: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, November 18: 7 a.m. to Noon (Sheraton and Hynes ONLY)

Mobility Assistance

Wheelchairs and scooters can be rented from Boston Orthopedic & Respiratory Equipment. Call 1-800-854-6370 or visit their website. Identify yourself as a GSA 2018 attendee to receive $110 scooter rentals and $45 wheelchair rentals. This price does not include delivery fees.
