• Access AGHE’s Standards and Guidelines which includes gerontology and geriatrics curriculum and program parameters for all levels of degree granting programs in gerontology and health professions education as well as undergraduate and graduate certificates and minors.
  • Apply for AGHE’s Program of Merit (POM) which gives gerontology and health professions programs an AGHE “stamp of excellence” that they can use to verify program quality, lobby within their institutions for additional resources to maintain program quality, market their program, and recruit prospective students. Members get a discount on the application fee.
  • Prepare your students for interactions with older adults by adding Ageism First Aid as an instructional component in your program.
