GSA will have a presence at the upcoming IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics. Taking place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from July 5 to 8, this will be the first in-person World Congress since GSA hosted the event in San Francisco in 2017.

The Society is teaming up with other organizations this month to use our collective voices to highlight the importance of life-saving vaccines in maintaining our health as we age.

Thank you to the a2 Collective for welcoming GSA to its recent National Symposium in Washington — one of several ways the Society is keeping engaged with leaders, researchers, industry innovators, and practitioners to explore the intersection of aging and technology.

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who participated in Careers in Aging Month this March! Each year, GSA and its partners help individuals, educational institutions, and organizations in their roles as advocates and influencers for careers in aging.

Thank you to the more than 50 members who joined us earlier this month for the second annual GSA Capitol Hill Day. Together, we held 77 separate meetings with the offices of senators and representatives from across 20 states to talk about the importance of federally funded aging research and programs.
