Summit to Demonstrate How Improved Communication About Aging Is Leading to Better Outcomes for All Americans

The National Center to Reframe Aging — the leader of the movement to transform how we think and talk about aging — is welcoming registrants for the Wednesday, September 16, livestream of Summit 2026: The Movement to Reframe Aging. This one-day convening will bring together thought leaders, federal representatives, and professionals across multiple sectors who are reshaping the narrative around aging to improve health and well-being across the lifespan.

“Building on more than a decade of research and field-building, Summit 2026 offers the opportunity to connect, learn, and help advance a complete story about aging in America,” said National Center Executive Director Patricia M. “Trish” D'Antonio, BSPharm, MS, MBA, BCGP. “It represents a strategic opportunity for organizations to align with a nationally recognized, research-based movement and connect with decision-makers and collaborators committed to shaping the future of aging.”

The summit’s presentations will focus on advancing a more accurate, inclusive, and impactful conversation about aging. Among the speakers are leaders from government, research, philanthropy, business, communications, and community organizations — to explore how reframing aging is influencing policy, strengthening partnerships, and driving innovation. The keynote address will be delivered by Rani Snyder, MPA, the president of The John A. Hartford Foundation.
