  • Nominee’s full name, email address, institution, title, and section
  • Position for which nominee is submitting
  • Updated CV
  • Diversity statement
  • Confirmation that nominee is willing to serve in the role
  • Individuals will be notified of their nomination status in early May and elections will open Friday, June 7.
